Armed response is only as good as the vehicle that turns up. Ours are unmarked and marked, staffed by officers who work a fixed zone, so they know which house is yours before the operator finishes talking.
The response promise
We publish our average response time by suburb every month. If we are slower than 6 minutes on a genuine panic, that month is free.
Questions we get asked
What happens when I press the panic button?
The control room sees your address and profile instantly. The nearest vehicle is dispatched within 15 seconds while an operator phones you. If you do not answer, the vehicle comes regardless.
Do you respond to my existing alarm?
Yes. We take over monitoring of most alarm panels without replacing them. If your panel is old or unreliable we will tell you and quote for a replacement separately.
